Educational Requirements for the Regulatory Affairs Intern Role:
Must be currently pursuing or have recently completed (no earlier than December 2025) a Master’s or Graduate-level degree in Food Science, Regulatory Affairs, or related scientific disciplines
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Scientific & Regulatory Affairs team in project and innovation initiatives
- Create and manage regulatory data, including ingredient statements and nutrition information, in this Regulatory Affairs Intern Role.
- Review formulation compliance across various beverage categories
- Conduct research on new and emerging ingredients
- At Coca-Cola Careers, you have to develop competitive assessments to inform claim strategies and whitespace opportunities
- As a Regulatory Affairs Intern, you have to assess existing SRA processes to identify opportunities for data analytics, AI, or machine learning integration
- Support optimization and enhancement of digital regulatory tools and systems
- Maintain accurate records across regulatory and data management platforms
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of the North American food and beverage regulatory landscape
- Understanding of Scientific & Regulatory Affairs processes related to ingredients, labeling, and claims
