Key Responsibilities of Quality Assurance Specialist Role:
- Coordinate Proficiency Testing Programs (CAP and NYS), maintain databases, and generate monthly summaries.
- Manage the Document Control System and ensure all procedures comply with company policies.
- Assist in reporting quality issues promptly and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Conduct internal audits and support external inspections.
- Review protocols and recommend improvements for the QA Program.
- Collaborate with management to investigate and resolve nonconformances.
- Audit training and competency programs and promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform special projects and additional duties as required to meet business or customer needs.
