What You Will Do

Content Creation

  • Conduct research and literature searches for assigned projects.
  • Develop referenced drafts using approved outlines and guidance from the senior scientific team, ensuring content is:
    • Medically and scientifically accurate
    • Clear, well-written, and engaging
    • Aligned with scientific strategy
    • Appropriate for the target audience and deliverable type (print, digital, film, workshops)
    • Compliant with style guides or writing templates
  • Integrate instructional design elements such as learning goals, practice activities, and assessment questions.
  • Incorporate feedback from internal reviews, clients, and MLR.
  • Mark up references to support content.
  • Apply copyedit and fact-check changes.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, representing the scientific team and answering content-related questions.
  • Collaborate with team members across creative, learning experience design, performance, learning delivery, and editorial teams.
  • Manage time efficiently to deliver projects within budgeted hours and deadlines.

What You Need to Have

  • Graduate degree (PharmD, MS, MD) in life sciences, pharmacology, or medicine.
  • 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales training is a bonus.
  • Fluency in literature searches.
  • Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and commercialization processes.
