- Assists the clinical team in daily study operations
- Communicates with internal and external customers to increase efficiencies
- Coordinates scheduling of internal meetings, prepares agendas, and creates meeting minutes
- Organizes logistics for study-related meetings including investigator and medical expert meetings
- Supports project travel planning, reservations, and expense reporting
- Maintains project trackers and shares updates with study teams
- Manages Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), including study creation and reporting
- Assists in preparing and reviewing clinical documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports
- Distributes key study documents and supports regulatory submissions
- Tracks study progress and ensures timely updates of regulatory documents
- Submits and manages documents in the Trial Master File (TMF)
- Supports archival of CRO study files
- Maintains and reviews TMF and electronic filing systems
- Collaborates with departments and vendors for document management
